About me
Patricia A. Gois has dedicated 25 years to education, beginning her career in private schools before transitioning to public education. A former bilingual student who arrived in the U.S. at age 10, she was driven by a passion to ensure that all students have a voice. Before finding her true calling in education, she briefly pursued a career in business but quickly realized her purpose was in the classroom. She spent five years as a middle school principal in the Roselle Park School District and is now in her second year as Superintendent. Patricia is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports the academic growth and success of every student in the least restrictive setting. She values strong partnerships, including her work with All In For Inclusive Education, an organization she previously collaborated with in another district and is honored to partner with again. Through her leadership, she continues to advocate for equity, empowerment, and excellence in education.
