Dr. Lisa Torres is a District Supervisor with 31 years of experience in education, serving as a teacher, administrator, and adjunct instructor. Committed to equity and instructional excellence, she prioritizes culturally responsive teaching, instructional innovation, and creative program development. She believes that strong schools are built through inclusive leadership, trust, and collaboration—principles that drive her work with colleagues in the educational community. She is a board member for Bergen County organizations including the Curriculum Consortium and the Women in Educational Leadership Association. Through these collaborations, Lisa promotes equity and fosters dynamic educational programs within her school community and beyond.
