About me
Annie Corley-Hand is a distinguished educational leader with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership. As a Preschool through Grade 2 school principal, she championed multiple initiatives within her district, including inclusion, STEAM, social-emotional learning, and data-driven instructional practices. Annie implemented a Multi-Tiered System of Support to promote equitable access to high-quality education, ensuring that each child receives appropriate interventions to succeed. Her leadership earned her the 2021 National Distinguished Principal award from the National Association of Elementary School Principals. After retiring in 2023, Annie established Leading Innovative Learning Associates to offer professional development services across the public and private sectors. She continues contributing to the field as an inclusion facilitator, consultant, coach, and faculty member with various organizations statewide. Annie is also a frequent speaker at local, state, and national conferences.
