In this session, we will explore the steps our district took to transition from a traditional resource room model to a fully inclusive in-class resource program for 6th grade. Participants will gain insight into the planning, professional development, and collaborative efforts required to implement this shift, as well as the challenges faced along the way. We will share key data demonstrating the impact on student achievement, engagement, and overall success.
